The 54-year-old Murder Mystery actress was spotted close to her 18-year-old goddaughter Coco Arquette.
The teen is the only child of Scream co-star Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who married in 1999 and divorced in 2013.
Jennifer and Coco sat side by side in the audience while mom Cox got a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame as she promotes her latest movie, Scream VI, which premieres on March 10.
At one point, Aniston appeared to burst into tears while listening to a speech and then she clapped away as Coco watched.

Also there was Lisa Kudrow, 59, who reunited the three Friends stars.
Courteney’s longtime friend Laura Dern, 56, was also on hand to give a speech, and her longtime partner Johnny McDaid, 46, and daughter Coco Arquette, 18, were also in attendance.
Jennifer and Lisa kept the crowd laughing as they paid tribute to their co-star from behind the stage.
“We are very honored to be here today to speak on your behalf as your colleagues, your friends and your family, your sisters,” Jennifer began, according to ET Online. “And that’s been happening since we’ve known you for a long time.”
“It’s been that way since we met almost 30 years ago,” Lisa said before Jennifer chimed in, “No, not 30 years ago.” That’s a typo.’
To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney. She is responsible for all of that. From the very beginning when we met her she was immediately inclusive, warm, loving, interested in everything about you,” Jennifer continued.

“She hated poker. Like, detested it from the bottom of her heart. But she played with us because she wanted to bond with us,” Jennifer said.
Kudrow related how they all heard about house flipping from Courteney: “And I remember Courtney saying, ‘Y’all, look, I made more money from the houses than from acting.’”
The duo ended their speeches on a moving note: “Sincerely, we just want to say that we are very, very proud to know you. You are the definition of a really beautiful, talented and, most importantly, a really good and decent human being… Thank you for personally enriching our lives,” Kudrow said.
“You are one of the funniest people on the planet. Nothing makes me happier than a Courteney joke and always making us laugh. And thank you for enriching our lives with your work. We’re so proud of you,” Aniston said.
In Courteney’s speech, she gave a shout-out to her three “beautiful friends” for their comments. “I can’t believe all my friends are here. It’s so much fun,” she concluded.
The three women were by Courteney’s side when her star was officially revealed. Courteney beamed with joy as Laura marveled at the sight of the brand new star.
